Place your orders at least 48 hours in advance. After selecting items from the menu, you can submit your order by clicking the “Complete Order” button. Ensure all details entered are accurate before submission, as changes cannot be made afterward. If you choose not to proceed, simply close the application window before finalizing. 

Once your order is submitted, our catering team will contact you to confirm the order details, including the delivery date and time. To return a product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Refunds for non-retail items may incur cancellation fees. Cheese subscriptions are non-refundable. For amendments or cancellations, please call the number provided on our website.
